My question to you is…
Why would anyone want to watch your commercial, read your brochure or open your email newsletter?
It is up to your company to make them WANT to open it, watch it or read it.
In any marketing campaign that is the question, how do we make the customer want what WE have.
How? By providing value! This hasn’t changed.
We must give in order to get. We must give them; a story that grabs them, information that they need, an offer that helps them , just plain free stuff. etc…
In fact social media is unparalleled in its ability to offer your company the control, scope and depth of how you communicate that value to your customers, potential and current.
