We have heard this from more staffing agencies than we can count.

Unless you just started your staffing company this morning, people are already talking about you and your brand online. 
You just need to decide whether or not you want to know about it.
  • The most important thing to understand is that negative reviews are not something to be feared or avoided.
  • THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS: Respond quickly and publicly without arguing the specific points of the review.
  • Handling your online reputation is a big deal and needs to be done well and consistently.
  • Don’t ever get into a mud-slinging fight, because you will only get covered in mud!
