There are many strategies for acquiring links some of them can be very dangerous for your website. The most effective and safest methods include social media marketing and traditional marketing tactics such as event sponsorship, press releases and newsletter services. Also providing great content or valuable resources on your website can attract high value links from around the web.
Search engines care a lot about the user experience. They know if you have a strong social presence, their users are more likely to already know, like and trust you. Having a strong social presence on sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus can have a huge impact on your recruiting companies search engine optimization.
When someone uses a search engine, the site attaches a cookie to that user that follows them around the web. This cookie allows the search engine to monitor the users activity. If the user visits your site and leaves right away, that signals the search engine that the site wasn’t what the user was looking for.
