ProHealth Staffing is one of the leading healthcare staffing companies in the country. But they weren’t satisfied stopping there. They decided to expand their services and start offering creative and tech talent to their same healthcare clients. Smart! They call it ProHealth Tech & Creative.
ProHealth Tech & Creative came to us wanting to launch these services and also looking for some new ideas for marketing candidates to clients. Turns out it was good timing, as we were just getting ready to launch our new online staffing platform – Talent Finder. It wasn’t quite ready but ProHealth feared not! They wanted to be the first to give it a go. So we obliged.
Here’s what ProHealth has to say about Talent Finder….
We think of Talent Finder as a means to promote job seekers in ways beyond just a job title, name and a resume. For our talent, we’re their advocates, promoters, and portfolio sharers. Talent Finder helps us make better connections with our clients and has led to more placements for our job seekers.
Check out the work we did on the project:
Oh! And they liked the new site so much, they had us use the same layout on the ProHealth Staffing clinical website.
From the colors, to the fonts, to the icons and big headlines, the ProHealth Tech & Creative site is designed to grab attention.
Poster Front Page
Scroll is the new click. This poster layout front page lets visitors quickly scan top priority content and get to where they want to quickly.
Jobbee Job Board
Jobbee is fully integrated with ProHealth’s ATS, making their job and applicant workflow seamless, efficient, SEO’d, mobile – and it looks great!
What better way to promote your talent and increase placements than by showcasing them online! Talent Finder lets ProHealth feature talent, display example work, list their skills and credentials, get feedback and intake client requests. Is your website a recruiting machine? If not, we should talk. Innovative clients wanted.
