Hypractif, a Canadian creative agency has this clever callout (shown below) to developers who might be poking around its site. Nosy developers who click and view the source code are rewarded with directions for applying to the creative agency.
“Complete the following challenge and send us your CV,” Hypractif says. If we’re not supposed to hire people just like us, at least we can find a few people who think like us. Thanks Peter (our nosy developer), for discovering this creative recruiting tactic.
