Lately, I’ve been thinking about how successful we’ve been as a company at social media strategy for our clients and how we can snowball that into even greater ROI. I’ve also been thinking about what to eat for lunch but again I DIGRESS.
Anyway, I did a little research and here’s what I’ve come up with in terms of the best process for increasing the amount of time potential clients and candidates spend on your staffing site.
Test creative ad copy with different audiences:
Separate your audience into different groups by looking at what pages they visited and where they came from. Attempt to create “ad copy” (or in our case social media posts linking back to those pages) for each of these different audiences. And then watch the amount of time spent on spent on those pages increase by at least 50%. It’s fun and it’s smart marketing. Smarketing™.
The main takeaway here is give people who were already interested in your staffing brand more of what they wanted to see from you.
