Today we released some new features in Hively. There are several new features to benefit your staffing company.

Hively now has new notification options, high score tracking, data exports and the ability to better promote your brand to your customers.

Promote Your Brand

You can now style the page your customers see when they give you feedback. This new feature allows you to change your team question and upload a background image for the entire page. You can also change the colors of the background, header, text and buttons. Fancy!

High Score Tracking

Hively now tracks your High Scores! You can see the Highest Score you've ever received as a team member or for your team as a whole. You can see the High Score for 7 and 30 day periods.

Data Exporting

Want to export the rating detail information for a team member? Awesome! Because now you can. All of your data can be exported into a .CSV file for use in multiple ways.

Leaderboard & Top Score Notifications

Hively will notify your whole team of the top score holder on a weekly and monthly basis! We highlight the team member with the top score and send it out to your whole team. This way, we help you reward your top performers and motivate the rest of your team to constantly seek customer feedback and improve their customer happiness scores.
